Who We Are
At Ev Youth, we want to see kids build strong friendships and partnerships centred around exploring who Jesus is from the Bible. Our youth groups are for students in school years 6 to 13 and take place on Friday nights and Sunday mornings. We want to provide a safe community for kids to make real connections, have heaps of fun, and engage with the big questions of life during these formative teenage years.
Juniors (School Years 6 – 9)
Friday Night
7:00 pm – 9:00 pm
80 Olsen Ave, Hillsborough
Friday nights are where we hang out, have fun, and explore the Bible together. It is a great place to get to know people and get to know God through his Word. We start the night by catching up with everyone and playing some games together before we hear a talk from the Bible. We spend the rest of the night in small groups to discuss what we heard in the talk.
Seniors (School Years 10 – 13)
Friday Night
7:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Friday nights are a great place to connect with other high schoolers and connect with God through his Word. You can expect a time to hang out, catch up with friends, and play some games with the rest of the crew. Our highlight of the night is spending time in smaller groups to dig deep into the Bible and encourage each other to put Jesus first in our lives. No matter what experience you have with Jesus or the Bible, we’d love to have you join us.
Our Youth Team
We have a bunch of mature Christians who are captivated by Jesus and excited to see the youth grow in knowing God through these formative years. All of our leaders are police vetted and have completed a Safe Ministry Training course. Our aim is to partner with parents to see kids captivated by Jesus, grounded in the gospel from the Bible, and growing to know God more and see others know him too.
